Very easy to roll in and feel right at home. Everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs was only a short drive a way, and there are plenty of great meal options close by. Dennis was very easy to contact if any needs arose, and was an amazing host.Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us. This property is the perfect getaway for a couple needing a relaxing, well-apportioned waterfront space with a great view. Great surroundings, kayak availability, and lots of nice touches inside. There is not a full kitchen, but a microwave, a small refrigerator, and coffee maker, with plenty of dishes and utensils, made light food preparation easy. Couples need to be able to navigate outdoor steps to access the apartment. The yard is great for picnics and campfires. Thank you, Dennis, for the easy and timely booking and check in process. The place was comfortable and relaxing. We loved being on the water with a great view through the sliding door. We wish we were there for more than one night, because the kayaks were very inviting. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The location and house was perfect for our family vacation spot. Only a 25 min drive to attractions like Magic Springs, downtown Hot Springs, Alligator farm and petting zoo, and amazing restaurants (not to mention the local food spots located in the village! El Jimadore was amazing!) .. plus so much more, which we soaked up every bit of! As if the house, location, and things to do wasn’t good enough.. Dennis went above and beyond to accommodate and be hospitable! From the set up of the house with all the extras like netflix, roku, TVs in every room, patio complete with a grill and hot tub to answering questions I had even before we arrived! And not to mention all the recommendations! If you are looking for a place to stay, THIS IS IT!!! We couldn’t have picked a better Air bnb for our first time! We will be back! Thank you so much for having us this week! The house and lake views were beautiful and a perfect getaway for our family vacation! Dennis, you were literally a “super host”! This place went above and beyond our expectations! Dennis and his beautiful wife we absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful place!! The kids were in heaven with the lake being right there!!
