Dennis Simpson and Diana Simpson are lifelong Arkansans. Therefore they know the area “like the back of their hand”.
Dennis was born in Little Rock and moved to Benton / Bryant area in 1970s.
After graduating Southern Baptist College (Williams University) he returned to Little Rock area. But after 13 years in printing Dennis began IT work and land development / sales.
Dennis sells home sites in Hot Springs Village and with Diana Simpson is moving to rentals and rental development.
Their 4 Airbnb rentals are noted as some of the highest rated and highest in demand in Arkansas.
Therefore with over 1150 visits they have been Airbnb Super Host with a 5 star rating EVERY quarter of every year they have been in business.

Diana McKim Simpson was born in Donaldson, AR in Southern AR and is a country girl. She graduated from Henderson University in nearby Arkadelphia AR. She is currently working as a CPA for the last 26 years.
Beside being hard working and honest. She’s also highly valued by her clients as a rock solid source of great information.
She and Dennis live in Hot Springs Village and after 9 years and cannot say enough about the quality of life here.
Diana commonly says… “we live in paradise” .. and it appears she is correct.
Diana is the innovator of DD Village Properties and the Airbnb as she suggested that they remodel a downstairs bedroom and list it for rent. It started off as a test / small endeavor and has grown.
The results amaze both of them. “We are amazed at how God is blessing us beyond what we could imagine”.
Most importantly are the memories we see couples and families making here in Hot Springs Village.
